2 gang members have received multiple life sentences for their role in 5 gang-related attempted murders in Monterey county. Francisco Garcia has been sentenced to 191 years to life in prison, while Sergio Rodriguez was sentenced to 270 years to life in prison. Both previously convicted felons were found guilty of 22 felony charges, for the attempted murders that took place in Salinas, in August of 2018.
