two southern california men have been arrested on suspicion of murdering a watsonville native who had been missing since june 2010. 33 year old edward shin and 34 year-old kenny roy kraft were arrested late monday afternoon, after shin admitted to killing smith to authorities. shin, a business partner of smith’s allegedly posed as the victim in e-mails to family aND FRIENDS, TELLING THEM HE WAS ALIVE AND TRAVELLING THE WORLD. HE IS BEING HELD WITHOUT BAIL. SMITH’S REMAINS HAVE NOT YET BEEN RECOVERED.
