2 men have been arrested in connection with a “Chop Shop” in Watsonville. Thousands of dollars of stolen items, including motorcycles and off-road vehicles as well as construction equipment were found at a home on Nona Drive during a probation search. 38-year-old Julio Dominguez, and 30 year-old Kyle Roswell, were arrested on charges related to allegedly running a “Chop Shop”.
