2 people were arrested after search warrants were served at 2 suspected Chop Shops in Santa Cruz County. Damien Tovar and Cara Vandagriff were arrested at the suspected chop shop on Calabasas Road. They were booked into Santa Cruz County Jail, along with Jamie Ortiz, who was arrested for auto theft and possession of a stolen vehicle.
