Two men were arrested early yesterday in Salinas after police officers responded to a shot spotter activation on market way. One man was found with a loaded revolver (with 1 spent round), and an unloaded rifle in a backpack …..while the other was arrested for 2 outstanding warrants. Both men were booked into Monter ey County Jail.
