Although a woman, who was sentenced to 60 years to life for her part in the torture and killing of a Watsonville man back in 1998 was granted a pardon from Governor Jerry Brown last year….she has been denied the parole she became eligible for with that pardon. Kimberly Labore and 3 friends were found guilty of entering 58 year-old Kelly Chilcote’s Watsonville home, and tying him up and torturing him….before beating and stabbing him to death.
Labore was also convicted of a second murder. That victim has never been identified.
