A man suspected of murdering a Soquel teen in 2003 in court Friday morning. Miguel Loza was extradited from Mexico in to face rape and homicide charges in connection with the murder of 17 year old Jessica Sheridan and the sexual assault of another teen. Loza’s preliminary hearing has been set for August 26th.
