16 horses are now available for adoption from the s.p.c.a. of monterey county. the horses were rescued from an abandoned lot back in august of last year. although initially emaciated, all have been nursed back to health, and many can be ridden. for more information on the horses, and how to adopt them, people can go on-line to:
