(16:11)SALINAS- The Monterey County District Attorney’s office has announced that a jury convicted a Watsonville man for felony DUI with Priors. 54 year old Francisco Medina was arrested on June 23rd for DUI by Gonzales police. Medina now has been convicted of DUI 13 times and has served 4 prison terms. He is facing 7 years behind bars when he is sentenced on May 10th.
