Researchers found that y-tocotrienol (yT3) and 6-gengerol (6G) inhibited the proliferation of human colorectal cancer cells. Finding yT3 + 6G interfered with cell cycle process. Resulting apoptosis of the cancer cells by downregulating the main regulator genes.
