An 11 year-old Watsonville boy was rescued yesterday after he was caught in swift-moving water along Laken Drive. That’s near the intersection of Holohan Road and Highway 152 around 1 p-m. The boy was playing with a stick when he lost his footing and fell into the water. His 15 year-old brother jumped in and kept the younger boy’s head above water until emergency responders got to them.
