A 10 year-old central coast swimmer has broken Michael Phelp’s Far Western International Championship record by a full second. Clark Kent also beat his race competition, on the 100 meter Butterfly, by a full 5 seconds. Kent didn’t just win the 1 race, he placed first in every race he swam….earning him 7 gold medals.
