One of two teens accused of vandalizing a Castroville church has been arrested. Video surveillance footage showed 2 boys entering Our Lady Of Refuge Catholic Church on Preston Street, and then causing thousands of dollars worth of damage to an oil painting, several walls, and a pew. The minor faces felony vandalism charges. The 2nd minor is still being sought.
