The southbound Highway 101 left turn lane at Spence Road near Salinas was closed around 5:30 this morning, due to a 2 vehicle accident. That after a semi truck went across the highway and hit a car shortly after 5 a.m. 1 person suffered injuries in the crash and was transported to Natividad Medical Center for treatment.
