A 17 year-old was arrested Saturday night, and his passenger is still being sought. That after the driver ran a stop sign and led law enforcement officers on a car chase from Castroville to Salinas. The passenger was last seen near the intersection of Dallas Street and New Deal in Salinas. Anyone with any information about this case is encouraged to contact the Monterey County Sheriff’s Office.
