The terrier mix was found by the resident at 900 Cass Street. He was approximately one or two years old and matted, dirty, and dehydrated.

The dog, named Linus by the SPCA, was seen by a vet and is comfortably resting with clean water, fresh food, and cozy bedding.

If you have any information about this case or can identify the dog, please contact the SPCA at 831-373-2631. All calls are confidential.

If caught, the owners could potentially be charged with the following offenses: Penal Code 597 (Animal Cruelty), Penal Code 597(b) (Deprivation of Food, Water, and Shelter), and Penal Code 597s (Abandonment).
