A thousand animals were found at an illegal boarding facility in Soledad. The Spca and the Monterey County Building And Planning Department inspected the building on Metz Road August 9th . The SPCA took the animals that were in the most severe conditions to a veterinarian for medical treatment. The Monterey County Building And Planning Department has ordered the owner to shut his facility down. The SPCA is contacting the owners of the animals.
