Dr. Joel Wallach begins the show today discussing muscle and skeleton problems. Outlining several common health challenges that involve bones, joints and muscles. Asserting that these are all due to nutritional deficiencies. Contending these problems can be prevented and even reversed through nutritional supplementation.

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article about a Swiss study. The study of nearly 3500 Swiss adults ages 35 to 75 following them for five years. Asking participants about their napping habits. Finding that 58% did not nap. While 19% taking one to two naps per week with 12% took 3 to 5 and 11% took 6 to 7. Concluding that taking one to two naps weekly lowered the risk of cardiovascular disease by 48%.
