Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article regarding a study from Japan. Finding that eating citrus fruits can lower the risk of dementia by 15%. Loaded with vitamin C a nutrient that strengthens the immune system. One medium size orange has all the vitamin C needed daily.
