Dr. Joel Wallach begins the show discussing the damn dams. Citing his theory as to why the oceans are dying. Contending that hydro-electric dams are preventing the silt from reaching the oceans. Stating the silt is what feeds the algae. The algai feeds all kinds of life in the ocean. Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article regarding the health benefits of supplementing with vitamin C. A study has found that supplementing vitamin C resulted in the participants almost three hours less per day in a hyperglycemic state. The vitamin C helped improve blood sugar control.
