Dr. Joel Wallach begins the show today discussing the COVID 19 numbers of infections and deaths. Compaing the numbers of Asian countries and countries that eat a western diet. Also comparing the numbers to the numbers of deaths from the 1918 Spanish flu. Stating that those eating gluten are at a greater risk of a negative outcome if the contract the virus.

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a study of flaxseed by researchers from New Zealand and Canada. One of the oldest crops known to mankind. Flaxseeds contain antioxidant peptides and omega 3 fatty acids. These antioxidants help to remove free radicals from the body.
