Dr. Joel Wallach begins the show today discussing the Covid 19 numbers. Stating that although the number of infections and deaths is starting to diminish “we’re not out of the woods yet.” Contending that wearing masks, washing hands and social distancing are only about 2% to 3% of what needs to be done. Asserting that people need to stop eating gluten. Because the gluten will destroy the villi in the intestines. Compromising the body’s ability to make white blood cells and platelets needed to fight the virus.
Pearls of Wisdom
Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article regarding a study from Japan. The study found that people with highest levels of trans fats in their blood were 52 to 75 percent more likely to develop dementia than people with lower levels of trans fats. The leading source of trans fats is sweet pastries, followed by margarine, candies, croissants, caramels, non-dairy creamers, ice cream and rice crackers.
